THE CLASS HAS NOW REACHED MAXIMUM CAPACITY. YOU CAN ADD YOUR NAME TO A WAITING LIST AND WILL BE CONTACTED WHEN A SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE.

The class is held fortnightly on Mondays at The Venture Centre, Bromley Road, Lawford (by the Jet garage) and the time is 9.30 - 10.30 am.

This will be a fun class open to everyone of any level of ability, designed to improve strength and flexibility. There will be no floorwork. Wear loose clothing, comfortable soft shoes or trainers and do bring some water.
This is a sociable group that always goes to Craft Nurseries for coffee together after the class.
The cost is £3 per session to cover room hire - we will have a free class if there is any surplus.
